Kirchberg, links into Kitzbuhel's extensive ski domain but is far from the quiet, more rustic neighbour you might expect. In fact, Kirchberg is a lively, young and commercialised resort, suffering from traffic congestion and a sprawling, inconvenient layout. The low altitude also means, poor natural snow, affecting the lower slopes. However, the Rosengarten is a fabulous luxury hotel and reason enough on its own to stay in Kirchberg.
