Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. These mean that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the meantime your money is protected by the ATOL scheme.
The Penthouse Apartment (Apartment Charvet) is a stunning ski chalet apartment on the highest level of the Le Refuge de Solaise hotel. The hotel sits at 2,551m high, with incredible 360-degree mountain views. The apartment offers its guests the benefit of being the first on the mountain! Staying here, you be the first on the fresh powder after a snowfall, even before breakfast. This high altitude location also gives the property 6 hours more sunshine on average than properties in the main resort.
The apartment offers guests a massive 380sqm of living space, and sleeps up to 18 guests. It has been finished to the highest standards, with a gorgeous blend of alpine charm and contemporary interior design. There are 8 luxurious and spacious bedrooms, and the open plan living and dining room has unrivalled panoramic views of the snowy mountain peaks.
Guests staying in the apartment have access to all of Le Refuge de Solaise's facilities, including the beautiful spa and wellness suite with a 24-metre swimming pool with panoramic mountain views. They can also use the cinema room, restaurant, seminar room and library.
