Chalet Christiania Penthouse, Zermatt, Switzerland

The Christiania residence was completed in 2017 and occupies a prime location in the centre of Zermatt, just one to two minutes' walk from the world-famous high street and traditional church. The duplex Penthouse Apartment offers a very spacious 538 square metres of internal space which spread across two floors. The main lower floor offers no less than seven guest bedrooms, each with en-suite or private bathrooms. On this level is also a private sauna.

The upper floor is dedicated to the kitchen, bar area, sitting & dining room and also a dedicated cinema room. The views (south facing) are spectacular and look across the centre of Zermatt to the iconic Matterhorn Mountain. The impressive sitting and dining room offers a fantastic space for entertaining, and the main dining table could seat up to 18 people if required.

The larger bedrooms come with walk in wardrobe and/or desk area. They also offer comfortable king-size beds or can be split into twin arrangement. Most of the bedrooms have either a private or a shared terrace and some have comfy seating areas. The master bedroom has incredible views of the Matterhorn, a wood burning fireplace, en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a spacious terrace.

On the lower ground floor of the main residence is a well-equipped gym with massage room and shower area. The ski room has private lockers for each apartment and there are heated boot warmers. An elevator offers easy access to all floors of the building.

The Christiania Penthouse can be taken alongside other apartments in the building to create the perfect corporate chalet in Zermatt. The dining table can sit up to 26 people if required.
