Chalet Milou, Verbier, Switzerland

The Chalet Milou in Verbier is located on Chemin de Clambin with fabulous views over the resort. Guests can ski back to within 100 metres of the chalet's door at the end of the day and in the morning you simply walk the 100 metres back up the road to the edge of the blue piste and then clip into your skis to ski down the short distance to the Medran lift station. There is a 24 hour driver service also on offer but the position is so good that it is probably quicker to access the Medran lift station under your own steam in the mornings.

The chalet has a large balcony that runs the full length of the chalet allowing guests to make the best of the fabulous views. On the ground floor there is an outdoor hot tub that is private yet also benefits from the same views. And after a session in the tub why not continue your well-being by relaxing in the indoor steam room?

The main sitting room area has a wonderful open fireplace, the same amazing views and lots of comfortable sofas in which to completely relax at the end of the day. There is also a dining table that can easily accommodate 14 guests and an office corner if you need to stay in touch with work. There is also a second lounge/sitting room area with fireplace and TV which is accessed on the ground floor by crossing the outdoor terrace. This room is perfect for teenagers to escape to. On the top floor mezzanine area above the main sitting room is the master bedroom suite and a third small TV room which is glassed off to allow undisturbed viewing.
