The apartments range from a single, intimate studio designed for a couple, up to 5- and 6-bedroom apartments, reaching a generous 228m² in space and sleeping groups of 10-12 guests. From the residence building, the apartments offer balcony access with aspects that either face over the slopes and the charming, picturesque village of Grimentz, or further up the valley and the imperious peaks of the Imperial Crown.

In addition to the main residence building, Guernerés Residence offers up 14 standalone chalets. 6 of these are split up into several luxury chalet-apartments, with the other 8 available in complete exclusivity, with options for group sizes from 4 to 14 guests.

For guests of the Guerneres Residence, you will have a parking space available to you in the underground garage. There are ski lockers within the ski shop for which to safely store your equipment.
