Chalet Oxalis, Val d'Isere, France

Chalet Oxalis is located in a part of Val d’Isere called Le Fornet just outside the main town this is a fairly quiet area with traditional Savoyard charm. The Le Fornet cable car station is only 200 metres from the chalet (approximately a 2 minute walk) and if you want to access the main resort of Val d'Isere the free and very regualar bus service stops just 50 metres from the chalet. This bus service runs every 5 minutes during peak times and runs until 2.00am each night.

Set over three floors, Chalet Oxalis offers 200 square metres of living space and charming views of the surrounding chalets and mountain peaks. Chalet Oxalis can be rented together with Chalet Akaroa, a five-bedroom chalet just next door, sleeping up to 18 adults and four children in total.
The top of the chalet is dedicated to an open-plan living and dining area featuring a delightful stone fireplace, large flat-screen TV and plenty of inviting seating. The dining table can seat eight and opposite is a well-equipped kitchen. French doors open onto a balcony with views of the hamlet and snowy surroundings.

On the ground floor of the chalet is a space dedicated to wellness. Here you can relax in the indoor Jacuzzi or steam away in the sauna.

Chalet Oxalis can accommodate eight adults and two children across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including the master suite which has an open bathtub in the room. The other two bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins. The fourth bedroom, with a double bed and bunk bed, makes the ideal family suite.
