Chalet Marius is a semi-detached 260 square metre property completed summer 2024. It has a prestigous location in the Le Legettaz area and has stunning uninterrupted views up the Le Manchet Valley. The edge of the piste coming down from the Solaise slopes is just 100 metres from the chalet and this is where you can ski to and from. The descent down to the main lift hub from here is very gentle.

The chalet sleeps up to ten guests across five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms each with mountain views making Chalet Marius an ideal retreat for families or groups.

The interiors balance alpine charm with understated elegance, with warm wooden tones creating cosy living spaces with a central fireplace. Big windows let in natural light by day and offering sweeping mountain views in the early evening.
