Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. These mean that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the meantime your money is protected by the ATOL scheme.
Chalet Chene is a stunning luxury ski chalet in the French resort of Val d'Isere. It is one of several new build chalets which make up the Mountain Hamlet development from the 5-star Hotel Blizzard. Chalet Chene is located on the edge of old town Val d'Isere, just 3 minutes walk from the resort centre and ski lifts.
The chalet boasts 550 square metres of living space for up to 16 guests (15 adults and 1 child). The interior design is similar to that of the Hotel Blizzard, featuring local wood and stone and beautiful soft furnishings. There is a large open-plan living and dining space, with an open kitchen where you can watch the chef prepare your meals. The 7 bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and separate WCs.
Chalet Chene also has a stunning spa area, with swimming pool, steam room, sauna and massage cabine. Other facilities include a private cinema room, laundry service, lift access to all floors and outdoor covered parking,
During your stay, you will be cared for by a professional team of staff including a gourmet chef, 24/7 concierge and private driver service. Guests are also able to use the services of Hotel La Mourra, including the restaurant, lounge bar and spa.
