Chalet 1855, Val d'Isere, France

Chalet 1855 is one of a pair of exciting new properties to be built in Val d'Isere for the 2024-25 winter season. It offers five floors of luxury alpine chic with four double bedrooms and a quad children's bunk room (sleeping up to four extra guests). The chalet is located in the 'Le Bosset' area of Val d'Isere which is found at the start of the 'back road' near the entrance to the resort.

The main sitting room area is located on the top floor and is bathed in lots of natural light thanks of the property's large floor-to-ceiling windows and double height space. The chalet also benefits from triple aspect views (north, south and west). As the daylight fades why not sink into one of the comfortable sofas in front of the wood-burning fireplace. A statement dining table seating ten guests has views to the surrounding mountains, and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen adds to the sociable aspect of this communal living space.

The second floor is dedicated to a wonderful spa and well-being area with an indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room and an enticing indoor swimming pool. A massage room is available for rejuvenating in-house treatments.

The centre of Val d'Isere is just 6 minutes' walk away (as are the lifts and the base of the home slopes) but there is a guest driver service which operates all day (until 1am in the morning) with an 8-seater minivan. This makes accessing any part of this famous ski resort very easy.
