Chalet 1850, Val d'Isere, France

Chalet 1850 is one of a pair of exciting new properties to be built in Val d'Isere for the 2024-25 winter season. It offers three floors of luxury alpine chic with four double bedrooms and a quad children's bunk room (sleeping up to four extra guests). The chalet is located in the 'Le Bosset' area of Val d'Isere which is found at the start of the 'back road' near the entrance to the resort.

Chalet 1850 offers guests stunning mountain views with its triple aspect layout (north, south and west). The property comfortably sleeps 8 adults in four main bedrooms but there is a fifth bedroom - a quad bunk room - that can take an extra four children. The interior decor effortlessly blends cutting-edge technology with French alpine aesthetics.

The top floor is the heart of the property and offers an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Bespoke design and furnishings in the living space create an intimate ambience, complemented by breathtaking elevated, mountain views and the warmth of the wood-burning fire. An impressive dining table, seating up to ten guests is an atmospheric setting for relaxed candle-lit dinners.

The open-plan kitchen (equipped with the latest appliances) is the ideal space for yout in-chalet staff & chef to create delicious dinners, or for those guests who wish to prepare indulgent home-cooked meals.

The first floor offers a wonderful well-being spa featuring a relaxation space, lavish hot tub, sauna, and shower. Adjacent to the spa, the master bedroom is a wonderful retreat with its en-suite bathroom with separate shower and twin sinks, TV, and a dedicated desk area. All the guest bedrooms are beautifully designed with a neutral colour palette, wood finishes, and pristine bathrooms.

The centre of Val d'Isere is just 6 minutes' walk away (as are the lifts and the base of the home slopes) but there is a guest driver service which operates all day (until 1am in the morning) with an 8-seater minivan. This makes accessing any part of this famous ski resort very easy.
