Chalet Griffonner, Morzine, France

Chalet Griffonner in Morzine is located on the highly desirable Route des Encoches where some of the resort's most prestiguous properties are found. The chalet was built in 2021 to exacting standards and has been finished in a modern alpine style with muted colours from the wood panelling and a grey and blue colour palette.

Spread over four floors (with 330 square metres of internal space) there are three guest bedrooms plus a beautiful master suite on the top floor. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and there is also the possibility of adding two more guests by using the double sofa bed in the TV snug. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, there are two on the 2nd floor and the master suite on the top floor.

The chalet's indoor spa area offers a sauna, shower and treatment room (massage and beauty therapists can be arranged to come to the chalet using the in-resort concierge service available). Leading out from the spa area is one of the decking areas with outdoor hot tub that takes in the fantastic views over the resort centre and towards the mountains beyond.

Taking prime position is a fabulous open plan living and dining area which occupies the third floor of the chalet. With a wrap-around terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows, guests are surrounded by the mountains and at night by the twinkling lights of the valley below.

The Chalet Griffonner is located just a couple of minutes' drive from the centre of Morzine and just a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Being on the south-facing side of the mountain, the chalet takes advantage of all the sunshine hours throughout the day, as well as incredible views. Adding on the driver service means you are never far from town or the ski slopes.
