Chalet 46° is a beautifully converted traditional French farmhouse close to the centre of Morzine. The renovation has combined contemporary, modern finishes with the original features, to create a fantastic luxury ski chalet property. When conditions are good, it is possible to ski within 30m of the chalet door down the Pleney slopes. The property itself is just a short walk from the centre of the resort, but the local bus also stops close by.

Set over three floors, Chalet 46° sleeps between 10 and 14 guests in five fully ensuite bedrooms. There are two family suites, one with a bunk bed and one with two cabin beds, which would be perfect for groups with children.

The main living space is a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. There are lovely views of the surrounding ski slopes and mountains, and a cosy open fireplace, perfect for warming up after a busy ski day. Outside, there is a sunny terrace area with outdoor seating and south-facing garden. Relax on the sun loungers or in the hammock, or enjoy a glass of champagne around the firepit. Inside, there is also a spa treatment room, sauna and private cinema room. On the ground floor, there is a spacious ski and snowboard storage room with heated boot and glove racks.

Chalet 46° can be booked in combination with Apartment 6° below, for larger groups of up to 19 guests.
