Le Bois des Ours is an exciting new residence built at the top of Meribel on the edge of the piste. Opening for the winter 25-26 the Apartment 301 shown here is one of the largest of the 21 properties in the building and sleeps up to 14 guests (10 adults and 4 children in a quad bunk room). Should you wish to buy one of these apartments the smaller units start at 3.4 million euros and the larger apartments cost almost 12.0 million euros. A stay in one of these apartments is definitely at the luxury end of the market.

Apartment 301 offers 254 square metres of internal space with six bedrooms. The living area and the bedrooms are much more spacious than the average alpine property and make the use of the elevated position (1,700 metres altitude) with lots of natural light from the large west facing glazing. The large terrace gives especially good views allowing guests to watch the sun dip down behind the facing mountain range.

The residence backs directly on to the piste (with a small bridge connecting the building to the slope) so that guests have ski in ski out access. The Rond Point des Piste with the famous 'Ronnies' après ski bar, and ski school and Piou Piou (for smaller children) meeting points are just a very short walk away.

The main residence building has a shared wellness suite including a gym for all the apartments to use. However, Apartment 301 also has its own private sauna.
