Chalet The Residence, Lech, Austria

Extending over two floors, The Residence at Severins Alpine Retreat is located in Stubenbach, around a six-minute drive from the centre of Lech. Linked underground to the "Alpine Retreat", a nine-suite boutique hotel, guests have use of all of the facilities of the hotel, including a spa, restaurant, bar and underground parking. Elevators provide access to all floors in both The Residence and hotel.

Contemporary furniture and funky local artwork adorn the stylish lounge that brings a traditional chalet feel to the present day. There is a classy, two-sided fireplace and giant TV to lay about in front of but the standout feature has to be the majestic grand piano that ties the room together with a touch of elegance. On the other side of the fireplace you will find the kitchen and dining area of The Residence. A smart dining table comfortably sits eight, with a sleek, modern kitchen close by and an additional corner dining area that would be perfect for children or a more informal dining experience. Head out onto the balconies for some postcard-worthy views of the snowy mountain landscape.

On the lower floor, there is a state of the art cinema room and on the terrace there is a hot tub to soothe your aching muscles after a day on the slopes.

There are four delightful double bedrooms in The Residence, spread between the two floors of the chalet. The most special of all is the master bedroom suite which has a freestanding bathtub, separate shower room, sitting area and fireplace. Three additional double bedrooms of various sizes come complete with en-suite bath or shower rooms.
