The Nidus Residence is a new build near the centre of Lech and is ideal for a family or small group of friends. It has a prime location only 200 metres from the nearest chairlift (the Schlosskopf lift) – taking you up to one of Europe’s largest ski areas. This is one of the five apartments in the development and sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

The master double has an en-suite along with access to a balcony with stunning views. There is one twin/double bedroom with an en-suite and then two further twin/double rooms. These bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower and his and her basins. There is also an additional wc for guests.

With a minimalist and contemporary state-of-the-art design, the apartment is bright and spacious, creating a stress-free atmosphere. The design is modern throughout and is finished with natural Alpine wood and beautiful furnishings.

The internal area of the apartment covers a total of 195 square metres. The open-plan living area is chic and spacious, easily accommodating eight people around the large wooden dining table. There is also plenty of space to relax on the large inviting sofas next to the fireplace. Beautiful views can be admired from the master bedroom balcony or the terrace accessed from the main living and dining area.

If taken on a fully catered basis, guests are served by their host directly in the comfort of their apartment. A dedicated chef works out of the professional kitchen in the Nidus Residence.
