Spread across two floors, the property boasts expansive balcony space and is easily accessible via a lift. The open-plan living area is centred around a striking wood-burning fireplace, which divides the cosy sitting area from the elegant dining space. Plush sofas and armchairs are arranged in front of the fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

The outdoor space is equally impressive. A covered balcony features two dining areas and a wrap-around sofa, offering the perfect setting for entertaining.
