The chalet was generally excellent with the exception of the hot tub which is rather bleakly situated and required a run through the snow to get to it.
Mr D L
Over all we were very pleased with the chalet. Only two relatively minor issues: appeared a problem with temperature regulation with some of the bedrooms over warm whilst others a bit cool and having a hot tub looking into 2 of the bedrooms was a bit strange.
Mr C C
All in all we had an amazing holiday. Lucy Ogden (Alpine Answers) was outstanding. I was so impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable she was. She listened to and understood what I was looking for and gave me some great advice. She seemed intelligent and enthusiastic. I've actually been going through a pretty awful time lately (not that I mentioned that!) and was worried about picking the wrong chalet but I felt really confident that we'd get what we were looking for as soon as I spoke to Lucy and it was indeed the perfect escape for us and just what the doctor ordered! Well done! Two happy customers at our end!
